Here's afew flat roof covering options you can choose from . Option 1 single ply rubber membrane comes with a 10 year guarantee and has a 40 year life expectancy.
Option 2 Two layers of torch on felt underlay then mineral comes with a 6year guarantee and has a 15 year life expectancy.
Option 3 liquid rubber comes with a 10 year guarantee for one coat or 25 year guarantee with two coats and a matting layer in-between.

Recent new roof completed in Hartlepool with marley modern concrete tiles , white pvc fascia, soffit, gutters.
And maintenance free dry verge and dry ridge system.

New Chimney pot added and cemented back in place, after removing old damaged pot and hidden tree growing inside.

Last weeks new roof completed with two velux windows , imery monopol clay tiles , dry ridge system, new lead chimney flashings, new pvc fascia , soffit, gutters and a Tectofin rubber membrane bay top .
