🤩project complete at the Crawley site 🤩

The offices and new staff quarters are now fully functioning, a good turnaround and on schedule. We’ve been asked to do some additional works which we’ll complete by Christmas then on to the next one. 😊👷‍♂️

Framework complete and roof decked ✅
First fix electrics ✅
Ceiling insulated and boarded ✅
Walls boarded ✅
Ceiling and walls plastered ✅
Skirted ✅
Windows and doors fitted ✅
Doorway cut out in staff room ✅
Stud wall built and boarded for new kitchen ✅

A good end to last week and early part of this week. More progress pics by the end of the week where it will have transformed again.

⭐️⭐️ New project started in Crawley for Mel components. New internal offices being built for there ever growing team and new kitchen for the staff room along with some other internal jobs. We are now pricing and taking on work to commence in the new year so if you want to build, renovate or extend then get in touch. Progress pics to follow ⭐️⭐️

And we’re finally off to our first meeting of the 2025 Legends Cars Championship at oulton park with the new car. Unfortunately we missed the first meeting due to not having the new mt09 engine so let’s go and give it a shakedown and go and have some fun and a good few days away. All of this wouldn’t of been achievable and I wouldn’t be on the grid if it wasn’t for my main man Darren Akehurst and Carringtons of Hassocks for there storage, garage space, use of all of the site and putting up with me most days driving them mad doing what I do best. A huge thank you to all of my other sponsors, again they have all played their part individually and combined we have this beauty to show for it. Can’t wait to get out on the track tomorrow, fingers crossed we have a good day/weekend.

⭐️⭐️The 4 new build houses are completed internally and externally to this high standard as per usual and now live on the market. This now allows us and the team to finish the front driveways, rear gardens and parking areas at the rear now the terrible weather has hopefully passed. All on schedule and on time. Updates to follow.😉😜😃⭐️⭐️

⭐️just a little wall removal and a small steel and posts to put in at Mickel Motorsport HQ last week 😳. A lovely job and looking forward to seeing the finished project. I hope we impressed the boss man John Mickel and boss lady Lisa Mickel. 😃

⭐️project update at our Shoreham build. Remaining walls down and cleared, foundation slabs dug for the new extensions and poured the concrete too. (With our homemade shoot to save costs on a pump 😉) All ready for the bricklayers to get it up next week then we’ll release the carpenters for all of the timber framing. A good week had by all💪🏻⭐️

⭐️⭐️ A extremely good week this week at our new job on shoreham beach. considering we only really started on Wednesday the boys have done a cracking job. Lorrie and trucks all empty to be loaded up again for Monday morning. Next week will be more big process on this and other jobs so we’ll update then. Have a good weekend. ⭐️⭐️

⭐️⭐️ All joisted, boarded signed off from building control and materials craned on ready for the bricklayers to start the second lift at the end of the week. Next update we will be ready for the ceiling joists then roofs which won’t be long with those boys. ”Brickies,,,,, let’s go.” 💪🏻💪🏻⭐️⭐️

⭐️⭐️ New project pencilled in to start in a few weeks time. We’ll be starting this bungalow conversion into a pretty much new build with a few extensions, new garage, existing roof off and a whole new story put on top. Finished to high standard with some great architectural designs from the clients. Watch this space. ⭐️⭐️
