Well the morning did not start great when an impatient driver run us off the road and gave us a flat tyre!!
We can not thank GBRecovery enough for their help. Adam was brilliant from start to finish when we had problem after problem. The Trolley Jack not being able to pump the truck up off the ground at first. Not being able to access the spare tyre because the bolts were rusted together. Not having the correct size spanner to access the spare tyre, so we had to use bolt cutters. The spare tyre having a nail in it and was also flat. The gauge stopped working on the pump to know the pressure. The electric pump not reaching the rear tyre once attached to pump it up further. Then we blew the fuse in the recovery truck ๐ฌ
Thankfully the residents of the house we broke down outside of, was able to help massively with his ride on lawn mower and pump so we could at least get to a garage to fix the problem!
Thank you again to Adam at GB Recovery for his patience with us! It wasnโt an easy job!
Considering the number of hours we were out of action, we still managed to get all our jobs completed and back home in one piece ๐
