Recommended inspection intervals vary depending on the premises and how the electrical installation is used:

⚡ Commercial offices: every 5 years
⚡ Industrial premises: every 3 years
⚡ Schools, hotels and restaurants: every 5 years
⚡ Rented homes in England: at least every 5 years
⚡ Swimming pools: every year
