. We recently got called in to assist a damp proof contractor to complete some decoration works. These works were across 2 different flats, both needing different works 💭

… The dreaded ceiling strip, and yes you guessed it, the traditional anaglypta paper 😬. Our clients went with our recommendation for modernisation.

… Once stripped and with plenty of preparation works, the ceilings were re-lined, rooms decorated and some accent paper hung ✂️- job turned around in a week!

📽️ operation Ore Valley, Phase 1 completed! 📽️

… The team and I are delighted to have completed these x 9 new builds in Ore Valley, Hastings, East Sussex. Our regular client instructed us for the 3 bedroom properties across 9 plots 🏠.

… These works were quite simple! A crisp white finish throughout including a mould inhibiting white emulsion across kitchens and bathrooms. A special mention to our suppliers being & for supplying quality materials including all sundries and finishing purposes 💎

⚽️ - Little Common Recreational Ground 🥅
. We were instructed by out regular client to complete works at Little Common Recreational Ground following a bad leak. 💦

… The ceiling had been dropped and needed re insulating, boarding and skimming to get it back to its former glory! Following this, remedial decoration works were required to get it back up to scratch, luckily in the off season! 😇

… Up next, we have removed some flooring that has been affected, allowing adequate drying times with dehumidification, ready for new cap and cove 🦶

… We turned this project around in great timing, keeping the client exceptionally happy. You trust, we deliver! 🔥

Project Stonefield complete 🔖

We are delighted to of recently completed this lovely project in the heart of Hastings.

There’s one thing for certain, and that our clients vision is bold! Luxury papers compliment the virsitility of the rooms. The colours contra the colour drenches and make the overall vision flawless! 🔥

Delighted to have used & papers on this project alongside & paints! 🎨 ✂️

We spray finished the column radiators and window shutters in certain rooms to add that finishing touch 🌟

Installation of dado rail in the lounge helped break the room up with half paper half paint 😇

We also changed the shower over to a rainfall mixer shower along with some new taps & screen! 🪞

Ameri Group Ltd are pleased to announce this upcoming kitchen project commencing soon in Polegate, East Sussex. A domestic kitchen upgrade is on the cards, which will consist of new electrics, altering supplying and fitting new kitchen, new integrated appliances for a sleek modern finish, a new plastered ceiling, new herringbone LVT flooring and a full redecoration throughout ⏳

At Ameri Group Ltd we offer a full package of works. A dedicated team of trusted professionals, with experience and customers expectations at heart 💡 we pride ourselves on being local and supporting local businesses through trade and contractors 🪛

🔖 ARCHERY ROAD, HASTINGS

We are delighted to have recently completed works at this property in Hastings. The recommendation came from their parents whom we undertook works for the previous year! Exactly how we like it!

… These works compromised of a large Hall, Stairs & Landing, Kitchen & Diner works & Living area, a full overhaul throughout! 🧽

… colours such as the prominent ‘Hague Blue’, ‘Skimming Stone’ and ‘Vert De Terre’ were the clients colours of choice, great palette! 📒

… Throughout this project we used Durable Matt for a tougher finish, sundries from and of course our trusty across the woodwork! All of our works were completed by our in house team!

EXTERNAL SEASON 🍂

We recently finished this large external job in Hastings. The building had some structural issues which needed addressing by 🧱

Decorations compromised of a 5 story scaffolding to all masonry areas, including replacing the soffit board on the top floor, some rendering works to broken mouldings and parapets, new rain water goods, replacement of external bath and sink wastes including fittings, and finally the overhaul of all the timber windows! 🪟

… We opted for the colour ‘Welsh Flint’ into a ‘Stormshield’ masonry and our go to haft primer & PU Satin taking the stage for the timber works. We worked alongside who undertook the remedial works to the windows 🔨.

… Communications were key throughout the project and keeping to a strict regime to ensure the project ran smoothly. 📖
