Just wrapped up this neat little bathroom refresh in Portsmouth 🚿

We fitted a compact vanity unit and basin to help make better use of the space while giving the bathroom a cleaner, more modern look. Small changes like this can make a huge difference in everyday use — especially in tighter bathrooms where storage and practicality matter.

One thing we always recommend: if you’re replacing an old sink or vanity, it’s worth checking the pipework underneath at the same time. Catching small leaks or worn fittings early can save a lot of hassle later on.

Great start to the day 😅

Just a reminder that when removing old basins that are fixed directly onto tiles, there’s always a high chance the tiles come away with it too.

Years of adhesive, silicone, and pressure can make them almost impossible to separate cleanly without damage.

This one definitely didn’t want to come off 👀

It’s all part of the job though — sometimes you don’t know what’s hiding underneath until you start removing things.
