You are adult enough to make your own decisions on what you are wearing and should take full responsibility if you incur any injury or discomfort.
People hide behind H&S too much.
What happened to common sense?
The rules are usually made by the white collar worker in their air conditioned office never having actually experienced what is is like to be in the extreme heat for long periods of time.
When are we allowed to be adults and make our own decisions and not be dictated to by the ridiculous nanny state we live in today.
