One of my most recent jobs: 200m2 of car parking area with electric charging points.

This job consisted of a conventional car park/driveway, with a makeup of 200mm of compacted MOT. But to stay in keeping with a country mansion’s rustic look, I used gravel grids for the surface layer to keep the aggregate in place and to ensure durability and stability.

Works also included 70m of trenching, ducting and electric cable for two electric charging points (columns yet to be installed).

The overall effect is stylish and in keeping with the property.

• Cast iron Aco drains and aqua cell/soak-away for surface water

My latest job has been a complete transformation!

Here’s a few pics of our latest job - and what a transformation!

• The customer wanted a low-maintenance outside space, so this involved removing all the old, tired paving and fencing.

• It was replaced with Indian Sandstone, a complete new drainage system with Aco Drains, and concrete posts, gravel boards and feather-edged panels.

• Scottish Pebbles were added as a decorative feature - and a new cat-flap in the gate!
