🏡 Something a little different in Hawarden this week…

We took down this old, tired uPVC porch and gave it a complete transformation.

The corners have been bricked up, making the new porch look like it was always part of the house rather than an add-on. We also installed a fully insulated flat roof and plastered the entire interior to carry the finish through and really make it feel like part of the home.

🤩 It doesn’t get much better than this! 🤩

The original timber windows have been replaced with premium Agate Grey flush casements, finished with astragal bars in the top openers giving this beautiful property a fresh, modern look while keeping its traditional character. 🏡

We also transformed the front entrance by taking the side panels all the way down to the floor, creating a much more modern and stylish finish.

To finish it off, the bay window cladding was completely replaced, changing the old hanging tiles for brand new Spanish slate. 👌

We also replaced all the fascia, soffits and guttering in black, along with the small flat roof above the top bay window.

A proper transformation, modern, timeless and absolutely stunning. 🤩

One of the most unbelievable jobs we’ve completed recently! A full house transformation! 🏡
✔️ Full replacement fascia, soffits & gutters
