Always nice to get a blank canvas. As part of this house renovation the customer wanted a new boiler relocated to fit in with the new kitchen. Kept it as neat as possible for the new units to fit round about.

We can all agree moving is stressful at the best of times 🤯🙈

Customer contacted for removal of hot water tank and cold water storage tanks.

Customer is renovating the bungalow for her parents as their current situation means they need to move. Customers goal is to make the transition of moving as stress free as possible.

Customer was looking to have heating system replaced for what her parents are currently used to - combination boiler which gives hot water on demand.

Customer felt radiators were restricting where furniture could be placed. We discussed where would be best, removed & fitted new ones to preferred area of each room

The boiler which provided heating was in kitchen, hot water tank was in the centre of the house & big cold water storage tank was up the attic

Customer felt it was a much more complicated heating system than her parents were used to.

All were removed and combination boiler was fitted in cupboard giving her additional kitchen space and more importantly system they were used to👌

We removed water supplies from attic, system was converted to mains pressure and new efficient combination boiler was fitted in cupboard

How did that happen

These past 2 years would have not been possible without YOU and your valued support past and present

I am passionate about my work

Work carried out and customer service is something I pride myself on

As business begun to grow I needed help on a more regular basis

Finding someone who shares your values and work ethic can be challenging

We made the decision to make this a family business

As a company we are always looking to improve and develop our skills and knowledge in order to provide the best possible service for you, the customer

In the past 2 years I became an accredited engineer with Worcester bosh which gives customers extended warranty on new installations

During my time with British Gas I worked on servicing and repairs for 9 years. Fault finding is something I became very Skilled and experienced in. Engineers with my experience are rare. As are female engineers. The combination of us both we aim to provide the best possible service

Becca is currently studying to become a gas engineer. The company has invested heavily into her attaining this qualification in order to become gas safe registered. Becca is training with the energy training academy Scotland. She will be given all the training for servicing, breakdowns and installations. As renewables are the future for many new homes Becca will also be training & qualified on air source heat pumps

As technology advances and we try to move towards renewables we want to be able to offer you the best possible system to suit your individual needs. Each home has very different needs based on many different factors ie location, property age, insulation etc with soaring energy costs we want to get customers the best possible, best source and most efficient system 🔥

Customer contacted after having no heating or hot water for 14months!!

She had a heat pump system fitted that hasn’t worked properly since the day it was fitted in 2015. The company which fitted it no longer trade leaving her with nobody to contact and have this problem fixed.

After being recommended she contacted me to see what would be the best option for moving forward.

Customer lives in a rural area where theres no mains gas we discussed other options and she decided on the propane cylinders which I fitted with change over valve for complete peace of mind.

Removed heat pump system & fitted LPG Worcester combi boiler

Customer now has a cupboard again ✅

Heating and hot water ✅

12 years manufacturers guarantee with her new Worcester boiler ✅

Bank holiday work with the family
(Team work makes the dream work)

Still working through the backlog of the destruction the freezing temperatures caused before Christmas. 🥵
Popped pipes, burst toilet cisterns and flooded carpets 🥶

Will make engineers out of them one day 😂

heating installed making for easy control

As an accredited installer the customer receives 12 year manufacturers guarantee on the boiler after having used my install services

8000 & 300l solar PV unvented cylinder installed as part of an ongoing house renovation. All taps now under mains pressure and tank that provides enough hot water to bath the whole street 😂🔥

Energy efficiency being at the forefront

hot water tank will at a later day be piped to work off solar PV saving the customer money in the long run

Fire and back boiler to combi. Customer wanted as little disruption as possible, so that is what was delivered. Joinery skills came back out halving the cupboard that was there to put back up. All removable for boiler servicing.
