Carried out boiler change this week and this is me commissioning system. Checking we have correct hot water flow wate at taps, rafiators correctly balanced and the correct gas pressures at the boiler.

Bath out, shower tray in with disabled seat. New vanity unit. New floor tiles and new green tilles with new white tiles suppiled to match existing as customer didnt want whole bathroom re tiled.

New bathroom supplied and fitted. Bath out. Shower tray in. Wall panneling fitted. Floor yet to be layed. Toilet willl be goming back out so flooring goes completely under toilet

Called out to a gas fire not working, but while working on gas fire, found burner damaged. Ordered new burner and replaced. If left , appliance would not burner correctly and can cause carbon monixide poisoning.

This week task was to replace cracked shower tray and replace rotten joists and flooring. Treat existing timber against further rot attack. Anther plumber had fitted shower tray a few years ago after removing leaking bath. And didnt replace the rotten floor. Flooring slowing giving in and tray legs going through floor.

Repair on a water main. Builders went through water main while digging footings for a extenstiin, which i will be doing the plumbing for once built.
