🚿 Another Successful Project Completed! 🧱✨

We’ve just finished installing a brand-new disabled-access wet room, completed as part of a wider extension project for one of our customers — and we’re thrilled with the result.

Our team began by first-fixing all new hot, cold, heating, and waste pipework, seamlessly connecting everything to the existing system within the house. We then installed electric underfloor heating to provide comfortable, even warmth throughout the space.

An wet room former was fitted to create the perfect fall, and the entire floor was fully tiled with precise “envelope” cuts to ensure efficient drainage. The shower area was completed with durable boarding, making the space both practical and stylish.

Finishing touches included a towel rail, a basin mounted at disability height, and a comfort-height close-coupled toilet, ensuring full accessibility and long-term ease of use.

🔥 Plant Room Upgrade Complete! 🔥

Proud to hand over this fully refurbished plant room for our latest HMO renovation project.
We’ve installed two unvented cylinders configured to run in tandem, ensuring consistent hot water supply and improved system efficiency for the entire property.

This install was connected onto brand-new hot and cold pipework serving the whole house, giving the system a fresh start from top to bottom. All pipework has been fully insulated to meet current Building Regulations, keeping everything safe, efficient, and future-proof.

We’ve just completed the installation of a brand-new underfloor heating system throughout the entire ground floor of this beautiful chapel conversion. 🔧🔥

All pipework is now in place, setting the foundation for a warm, efficient, and modern living space—while still honouring the building’s original character.

🚿 Wet Room Transformation Complete! ✨

Another incredible bathroom renovation finished for one of our customers — and this one’s all about sleek design and modern luxury 🙌

We started by taking it right back to stud work, replacing all chipboard flooring and even treating and strengthening a rotten joist caused by a previous shower leak 💪

From there, the rebuild began:
🔧 All new pipework installed to suit the new layout and design
🧱 New boarding fitted throughout, ready for tiling
🛁 A wall-to-wall bath fitted behind the wet room area, perfectly blending style and practicality
🚽 The wall was studded off to house the floating toilet frame and fully conceal the soil and pipework, keeping everything neat and streamlined
🖤 Installed a black wall-hung pan from with a matching basin unit, paired beautifully with brassware and an LED mirror for that modern finish
🔥 electric underfloor heating fitted beneath the tiles — warming the room and helping to dry the wet area quickly
🧱 Fully tiled walls and floors in rich, dark tones for that moody, spa-like vibe 🖤

All tiles were mitred negating the need of trims 👌

The result? A bold, stylish wet room that’s functional, low-maintenance, and built to last 👌

🚿 Bathroom Transformation Alert! 🛁

We’ve just completed a stunning full bathroom renovation for one of our customers — and what a journey it’s been! 💪

This one started with a complete rip-out back to stud work after a hidden leak from the old bath caused damage to the chipboard flooring. All affected flooring was replaced, giving us a solid base to rebuild from the ground up.

From there, we:
🔧 Installed new pipework throughout to suit the fresh bathroom layout.
🧱 Fitted new boarding around the entire room, ensuring everything was prepped perfectly for finishing.
🚿 Added a wall-to-wall shower tray with an open-ended wet room screen — offering seamless access and super-easy cleaning.
🚽 Rerouted the soil vent pipe into the wall and fitted a concealed cistern toilet, removing the need for any unsightly boxing and keeping the look sleek and modern.
✨ Fully finished the room with Proplas panelling for a clean, low-maintenance finish, and topped it off with Perform LVT flooring for a stylish, durable touch.

The result? A bright, modern, and practical bathroom that looks as good as it performs.

✅ Thoroughly degreased the shower tray and wall panels to ensure proper adhesion
✅ Applied a fresh bead of high-quality silicone sealant for a clean, watertight finish 💧

✅ First fix pipework was carefully positioned and secured on the Celotex insulation before the concrete screed was poured, ensuring everything stayed perfectly in place and ready for finish.

🏠 After the building and decorating work was completed, we returned to second fix the radiator, bringing everything together with a clean and tidy finish.

✨ The customer chose sleek chrome valves, along with matching chrome collars and shrouds — a stylish touch that ties in beautifully with the modern look of the space.

🔥 New Boiler Installation – Smart, Efficient & Built to Last! 🔧🏡

We’ve just completed a new boiler installation for a customer, fitted in the same location as their existing unit. With limited space to work with, we neatened up the existing pipework as much as possible — sometimes there’s only so much you can do, but we always aim for the cleanest finish! 👌

📱 The new boiler is fully controlled by a Tado smart thermostat, giving the customer easy control of their heating from anywhere. Smart, efficient, and user-friendly!

🔧 During the install, we discovered the existing gas pipework had a leak hidden within the fabric of the building, making it difficult to trace. For safety and minimal disruption, we completely re-ran the gas pipework to meet current standards.

🛡️ And to top it off, the boiler comes with a massive 18-year manufacturer’s parts and labour warranty — long-term reliability, guaranteed!
