One challenging 18m fencing job complete for a quite wonderful customer.

Space was limited due to bamboo, plants, trees and pampas grass not to mention a 15ft drop. The rotten fence posts bases eventually came out with lots of stitch drilling with a 25mm auger bit and digging by hand in the small 3inch areas (I’ve now become a pro body contortionist as well as tight rope Walker 😉)

All materials provided by the customer for this job.

Recent fencing correction job in Illogan completed💪🔥

Customer had originally paid for a company to remove all greenwaste and erect fence-unfortunately greenwaste was not removed and fence was erected over a metre in front of greenwaste (bushes/trees/stumps) thus losing a large chunk of garden space.

Fence panels were taken down, all posts including original boundary concrete posts, large concrete washing line, all bushes, trees and stumps removed. New top soil to level area, new posts erected, fence & kicker panels re used and put back as per customers request.

The customer has now gained their garden space back and all greenwaste removed 💪🔥

Progress update on garage conversion.

Old doors removed, twin skin block wall built, new window and door fitted (supplied by the fantastic Glasstech), internal walls batten’ed off, deep trench dug for pipe work for plumbers (the amazing Stevens and Nicholls Electrical, Plumbing & Heating Ltd.) who have completed first fix (who have also relocated main gas feed and created outside tap), electrical first fix completed by the outstanding Ali from AIB Electrical, external wall rendered. Now the internal build really begins.
