Landlords with the fast approaching date of the 1st of July did you know that all new tenananted properties must have and electrical certificate by a fully qualified registered electrician, and from the 1st of April 2021 all properties with existing tenants, and then at a maximum interval of every 5 years, did you also know that if you fail to comply you could be fined £30,000, so book in now, stay safe, protect your tenants and stay compliant
