Hybrid projects are a property preservation and restoration company involved in the remedial treatment of specific defects. Our highly qualified team allows us conduct property surveys and produce detailed reports highlighting any issues that will need rectifying. Our team then possess the skills and experience to carry out the remedial work required to restore the property back to a habitable sta

te. Due to holding a HNC in Construction & the Built Environment Hybrid Projects were welcomed into a membership with the Institute of Specialist Surveyors & Engineers (ISSE) where we are regulated and obligated to attend over 50 hours of CPD annually. The surveying and remedial services we offer include;
