I dont agree when people say must of gone with cheaper quote. I have personally rectified work where previous builders bodged and charged a high rate. It's not about cost. It's about a builder who does the job right and guarantees his work. This whole garden transformation was a pleasure to do. And In my personal opinion a high quality softwood decking mitres routed corners all spacing equal you can tell that the frame is built 100% square as the mitres would show.

Client had water leaking down the soil stack vent
After inspection the hip bonnets where all loose and cracked and also poor installation of lead soaker we stripped all the bonnets cleaned of old mortar and wire brushed the moss and re installed can guarantee this will resolve the problem now.

Cement render 🚨

Today we rendered the Inserts ready for the Indian sandstone 900x600 using traditional cement lime and sand can't beat old skool in my personal opinion.

A recent bathroom in swanley completed ✔️

Job consisted of

New hot water cylinder
Full 2 bar boost pump
Led downlights
Artex over boarded and skimmed
All tiling including tiled skirts
New waterproof hi grip flooring completely sealed
All new sanitary wear fitted including removal of Electric shower and manual mixer shower installed
With 2 bar of pressure a huge improvement 👏
