🏡 Tar & Chip Transformation – Cobham, Surrey

A complete Tar & Chip surface completed at this property in Cobham, covering the main driveway, courtyard, garage area and access road.

The existing surface was prepared and repaired where required before being finished in 2–6mm golden gravel, creating a clean, durable and natural looking finish throughout.

The golden stone complements the character of the property and surrounding woodland perfectly, giving the whole area a fresh and uniform appearance.

New Build Entrance & Access Road, Willingdon 🏡 #

105 tonnes of 20mm permeable tarmac hand-laid across the new entrance and access road for this new build development in Willingdon.

Laid over a fully permeable sub-base, providing effective drainage throughout and creating a strong base ahead of the future resin-bound finish.

Once the new kerbs, building works and resin surfacing have been completed, we’ll be returning in around a year’s time to top and complete the entrance area. 👊

🚧 Phase 1 – Entrance Road & Driveway, Blackham 🏡

Phase 1 completed on this private entrance road and driveway in Blackham.

Machine laying 80 tonnes of AC20 base course, followed by 40 tonnes of AC10 wearing course, creating a smooth, high-quality finish ready for the next stage of the project.

We’ll be returning in the coming months to complete Phase 2 with a surface dressing finish. 👊🏼

Approx. 2,400m² of road resurfaced at this private housing estate using tar & chip, finished in a 6mm golden gravel for a clean, natural look that suits the surroundings perfectly.

A cost-effective way to restore worn roads, improve durability, and extend the life of the existing surface.

New Build Development Surfacing 🏡 – Uckfield

Over 200 tonnes of open texture tarmac laid to install a new access road and parking bays for this new residential development in Uckfield, creating a porous surface to assist with effective surface water drainage throughout.

Footpaths finished in AC6 wearing course, completed with clean edges and consistent levels across the site.

A big thank you to everyone involved on this, a strong team effort with plenty of hard work behind the scenes to achieve this finish 🤝

As we wrap up for the year, we’d like to say a big thank you to all our customers, suppliers, and everyone who has supported us throughout 2025. It’s been another busy year, and we’re grateful for every project and everyone we’ve worked with.
