Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Heckmondwike, WF16
Salary: £18k- £23k (37 hours)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Our company is a leading provider within the electrical testing industry, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join the team and provide clerical support to our growing business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Producing, sending, and uploading reports to clients
-Updating the company client database
-Updating company spreadsheets
-Ensuring deadlines are met
-Sending invoices
-Support the MD with any specific tasks requested
-Design and update social media presence (LinkedIn & Facebook)
-Design Marketing emails and work closely with our marketing team
-Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
-Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
