Just had the pleasure of installing the three phase distribution board. With 3 phase SPD protection, this board offers unbeatable quality and price.

Out with the old, in with the new!

We upgraded this outdated Wylex 3036 fusewire consumer unit, merging two fuseboards into one with SPD and individual RCBO protection.

No more blown fuses when a lamp blows, or nasty electric shocks ! - just flip the RCBO switch to reset!

A recent rewire completed on a Victorian property in the centre of Southampton.

The job began with an EICR, which came back unsatisfactory due to missing main bonding, lack of RCD protection, and general deterioration of the existing installation. As the customer was already planning a full renovation, we were asked to provide an estimate for a complete rewire and a new consumer unit.

Once the estimate was accepted and the schedule agreed, we got started. We installed a consumer unit with SPD and individual RCBO protection on all circuits. We also fitted mains‑interlinked smoke alarms and added ethernet points throughout the property to bring everything up to modern standards.

EV charger installation request, but a quick assessment showed the consumer unit was missing crucial RCD and surge protection.

We quoted for a comprehensive upgrade, including a new consumer unit and EV charger.
