We thoroughly enjoyed working down at Treloyhan Manor in St Ives, where we completed 5 traditional built houses and an extension onto the side of the manor.

We completed all masonry aspects of the project, and ultimately helped to transform the manor from an outdated hotel, into multiple contemporary apartments!

We were approached by a local farmer in St. Ives who wanted to convert his outdated barn into a modern living space. The refurbishment comprised a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a further extension on the side for a beautiful kitchen space.

A Bungalow we recently renovated in Connor Downs hayle.
Where we gutted the property and totally renewed all the internal rooms from kitchen bathroom, bedrooms and front room. Garage was converted into dinning room. Outside we landscaped garden to rear and laid new brick drive way to front.
