🏃♂️ 24 HOURS. 1 MILE. EVERY HOUR. ONE STEP AT A TIME. 🏃♂️
On 1st August, I’ll be taking on the Infinite Mile Challenge.
The challenge is simple:
➡️ Run 1 mile.
➡️ Every hour.
➡️ For 24 hours.
But anyone who’s taken on an endurance challenge knows the real battle isn’t against the miles. It’s against yourself.
When your legs are hurting.
When you’ve had little sleep.
When your body is telling you to stop.
That’s when the challenge truly begins.
My goal is to push beyond the 24 miles and complete 30–40 miles over the 24 hours.
This challenge is deeply personal to me.
Over the last few years, life has thrown plenty of challenges my way. Running a business, dealing with financial pressures, navigating life’s ups and downs, and now becoming a dad again. Like most people, there have been times I’ve doubted myself, felt overwhelmed and wondered how I was going to keep moving forward.
But every challenge teaches us something.
One of the biggest reasons I’m doing this is for my family.
For my children, especially my newborn son, who I hope grows up understanding that the biggest limits in life are often the ones we place on ourselves.
I want my kids to see that when things get hard, you don’t quit. You dig in, keep moving forward and find a way.
For my partner, who supports me through the early mornings, long days and everything in between.
And for myself, to prove that no matter what life throws at you, you can always take one more step forward.
I’m also proud to be raising money for four incredible charities that support people facing battles far greater than a 24-hour running challenge:
🩵 Cancer United
🩵 Teenage Cancer Trust
🩵 Leukaemia UK
🩵 Military Vs Cancer
These charities provide hope, support and strength to people and families during some of the toughest moments of their lives.

At Benchmark Decorators, our slogan is “Setting The Standard.”
For me, this challenge is about living that standard.
Showing up.
Staying disciplined.
Keeping your word.
Continuing forward when quitting would be easier.
On 1st August, I’ll find out exactly what I’m capable of.
Thank you to everyone who’s supported me so far.
🩵 24 Hours.
🩵 1 Mile. Every Hour.
🩵 Target: 30–40 Miles.
Let’s see how far we can go together.
