A hot tub might look clean when guests leave… but there’s a lot more to a professional changeover than simply adding a few chemicals and wiping around the sides! 💦

At Loves Cleaning & Holiday Let Services, our hot tub changeovers are carried out carefully and in compliance to HSG282 guidelines to make sure the tub is clean, safe, hygienic and ready for the next guests to enjoy. ✨

What does a typical changeover clean look like?

💧 Fully draining the tub
🧽 Using the correct cleaning product to clean the inside thoroughly including around the jets, the sides, the seats and every inch!
👀 removing filters & vents & cleaning them with the correct cleaning products and materials. Or changing them if required.
💦 refilling the tub to the correct level
⚖️ Correctly balancing and dosing the water where required
🧪 Testing and recording chemical levels
✨ Cleaning around the hot tub, lid and surrounding area
🗑️ Removing any debris from the water
🌡️ Checking / setting the temperature and general operation
🔍 Checking for any obvious faults, damage or maintenance issues
