I am away for a couple weeks with work but I made sure I stocked the freezer full of fresh venison before I left! A few different cuts this week, a lovely breast of venison rolled and tied and a massive 2.3kg whole shoulder b***d and rolled. Both fantastic for a slow roast or braising dish 🤤🦌 In the freezer ready to take away if anyone wants them for great prices!

I have a lovely little muntjac butchered up. Fresh in the chiller ready to take home for tomorrows Sunday roast and plenty of extras.
