A little post about who we are and what we do.

Rise Above Carpentry & Building Ltd is a professional company based in Kent, with over 20 year’s experience. specialising in timber frames, roofing and all other aspects of carpentry. The company was founded in 2022 by the directors Dale and Josh who have worked together for 6 years for a well-respected local building company.
Over time more people started to recognise Dale and Josh’s high standard of work, and wanted the pair to do some private work directly for them. As the recommendations increased and the work came in, they were able to set up on their own as Rise Above Carpentry & Building Ltd.
Since starting the business they’ve had great success and built a reliable, trustworthy team of carpenters with experience in all aspects of carpentry, who are able to accommodate to your needs and turn your ideas into a reality.
Providing a professional and personable approach to their work, the team ensures all clients receive the best quality service and experience.

A raised timber decking that we completed for a customer in Whitstable, the perfect place to sit and enjoy the sunshine.

Out with the old and in with the new!

This staircase was way beyond repair causing a safety hazard to the tenants in this Grade 2 listed property in Canterbury. With such tight access the new staircase had to be built bespoke on site.

We can accommodate to all your needs, no matter how big or small the job is.

A lovely balcony we completed to our customers specification, the balcony is built from green oak finished off with glass balustrades. A perfect place to sit in the summer and take in the beautiful views.
