That time of year when our four legged friends start causing havoc. Unfortunately for this family a full re-wire is needed for their light and shower circuit. Every effort was made to get them by throughout the Christmas period but the more I looked, the more damage I could see. Safety is paramount.

Quite a day fault finding to come across this absolute bombshell:

-Terminal block used to extend the neutral tail -Tail was loose in its terminal with screws finger tight (if that)
-12v back feed through neutral -Lights flickering sporadically -Voltage fluctuations between 120V and 230V AC across incoming terminals. This is extremely dangerous and a great fire risk, luckily we had the best sparks in the firm on the job 👌
