Had a call from a long term customer this morning (80 years and 92 years old) starting to suffer a bit from dementia, they forgot my details a couple of years ago and called out an emergency electrician and got charged them £450 to turn their power back on so are obviously very cautious now, I answered the phone but am away at Quex festival camping, they had lost power to the sockets, I tried to talk him through resetting it but he said everything was fine but still no power, I called my son Tyler Farbrace New to see if he minded popping over to see if it was something simple, Sunday morning and he was up for helping them out, a couple of minutes in the house and had the sockets back on for them and wouldn’t take a penny from them, it’s nice to be nice 👌🏻
