We take great pride in our work, and making sure our customers are satisfied with the end result is a non-negotiable for us.
Unfortunately not everyone seems to share this view, leading to a recent project on a newly renovated property where the customer was not very happy with a previous plumber and called us in to rectify it.

If you're not going the extra mile, then you're falling a mile short.

Fortunately this story has a happy ending, and the customer was over the moon with the finished article!
