For this project we constructed a false wall in front of the existing staircase wall, we then clad the wall with vertical panels aligning the vertical panels to form a secret door with push to open catches. AV wires were fitted as we constructed the wall to give a seamless look.

We were asked to fit a new staircase into this old property as the existing stair was too steep so we designed a new staircase lowering the angle of ascent to 40° and enlarged the tread, steel plates were fitted to the existing joists to maintain the structural stability of the landing.

New front porch constructed I'm Metal studwork and clad in reclaim bricks. Slate effect tiles, fascia and guttering to complement. Internal cloak cupboard with shaker style doors and movement activated lighting.
