Absolutely shocking customer service from These will never be installed by EV chargers 4U again. A customer of ours had several issues with the charger not charging, we arranged a prompt home visit and spoke with Ohme whilst there who looked at the Data and said there had been an issue with over and undervoltage from the grid and adjusted the tolerance. Seemed to solve the problem at first bit then continued not to charge leaving the customer spending hours each morning paying to charge his car which he uses for work as a Taxi driver.

Eventually the customer gets the decision from Ohme the Charger must be faulty and they would replace it. For this I would need to contact them for an RMA number and they would swap it. I called them straight away for the customer and was told this would not be swapped and they'd look into it, very rude foreign man called David who would not give me any timescale on anything just as soon a s possible. Informed the customer of what they had told me so she then had to make yet another phone call confirming they would not be swapping it. So within an hour they had said they would then wouldn't and they still have a charger which can not be used.

The man on the phone was rude and not helpful at all and would not pass me on to anyone to help.

This is an honest reflection of exactly what has happened and for that reason I will never be fitting these again.

PROJECT EV Chargers are quite something else! I'll tell you a snippet of what you get when you own one of these and you can decide for yourself.
