This is a flat roof we were recently called out to inspect after it had been poorly installed by another roofing firm. Unfortunately, the customer had been overcharged and it was clear the original installers didn’t know what they were doing. The roof had started collapsing, as you can see in the 2 before photo at the end of the pictures.

We stepped in and installed an EPDM rubber roof system, providing a durable, long-lasting solution. Since the customer had already paid a substantial amount to the previous company, we only charged her for the cost of materials, with no added labour fees.
