Digging out bushes. Laying turf. Lifting the patio and re-laying to lift the height to level the protruding manhole cover. Creating steps to the lawn. Fitting trellis down the side access. Fitting a new gate & ironmongery.

This lovely customer originally asked for the felt to be renewed on the roof, however after further inspection with customer present, it was discovered the rot was more extensive & even more so underneath the flooring too.
A decision was made to take it down & rebuild to a bigger size, however to keep cost down, we re-used the original doors.
Customer is so pleased with their new stronger summerhouse, having used thicker timbers & ply as compared to off the peg versions
