Recent completed pictures from a project over in Preston for UK Skills academy.

We gave this building a full re roof!!

- breathable membrane with 2x1 roof batons

- new 24x12 cupa slated roof

- clay ridge fixed with a dry ridge system

- pvc roofline

- HPX system through stone gutter

- new leadwork to valleys

- timber fascia made, painted and installed

This project was completed to the highest standard and completed in 3 weeks to meet the clients turnaround to progress in there further projects!

Future projects booked in with this client due to our services, great effort by the team with much more to come!!

Job completed this week a failed rubber roof, timber firings fitted to the roof to give it a slight pitch to prevent holding water then fully re boarded with OSB board. Finished with news anthracite Fascias and a torch on system with a charcoal 20Sl finish! 👌🏽👍🏼🏚️🏠⛏️🛠️🔥
