Routine Drainage Maintenance:

Some of our clients have their drainage systems cleansed on a regular basis to prevent disruptive blockages.

We scheduled this particular job to be completed at the weekend to minimise disruption to the office staff.

Pictured is an example of roots being remotely removed from a surface water drain today.

Root intrusion is a common issue affecting many of our clients drainage systems. Not only do roots cause blockages, they can also cause structural damage to the pipework and manhole chambers of a property's drainage system.

At Maintain A Drain Ltd we have the necessary equipment and expertise to remove the roots, inspect, and rehabilitate the existing pipe - without the need for excavation in most cases.

As much as the majority of us would prefer to work during the daylight hours, occasionaly the needs of the client take precedent.

In this particular instance, we were re-lining a drain running through a busy car park serving our clients business.

We completed the necessary work 'out of hours' to minimise disruption and enable our clients business to be unaffected.
