💥 this is some work we’ve been doing over the weekend for a house buyer, who was really happy with the works carried out by rake roofing 💥

* felted both sides of the dormer and supplied and fitted cladding to both side on front

* primed concrete bay roof and supplied and fitted two layers of touch on felt (green mineral)

* raked out and re-pointed brick wall on rear of property

* removed and replaced lead flashing across the rear outrigger
