I can’t believe how some people operate and have the nerve to charge extortionate amounts of money especially to the vulnerable & the elderly…
A customer called a company as his shower was not working. They came out took the cover off and told him he was right and he needs a new shower. Then charged him £160 and left!
I would mention who they are but it wouldn’t be Rightio.
He was happy when we attended to fit a new one and only charged him for the cost of the shower.
