Quoted to first fix a new kitchen extension, rather shocked when I turned up to it being plastered and boarded, spoke with the customer and then to the kitchen supplier, we had just the right amount of room to run it all surface mounted, all the way back to the cylinder cupboard, all tested well be back to second fix when it’s complete

New gas run, did a routine service found very low working pressure and at the meter everything was as it should,
Original run was 15mm We have rerouted to the outside and bent everything were possible for maximum flow, and correct working pressure brass Munson clips as it should be outside, no earth bonding before hand to which a sparky is going to rectify,

Radiator relocation recently completed

Moved over the otherside of the extension,

Pipework surface mounted and clipped and neat
Lovley little job for a regular customer,

Back boiler and cylinder out,
Heating hadn’t been working for 2 years and hot water off the element,

We arrived to quote found the F&E tank capped off and disconnected customer wanted a new central heating system new boiler and a kitchen first fix,

Cylinder and back boiler removed all radiators removed customer wanted surface mounted pipework to save on cost

Boiler on a plug until the sparky can put a fuse spur in
And condense is into the utility first fix when we return to second fix bring through into the cupboard and finish properly,

New Worcester 4000 in
6x new rads through out
Utility room first fix
Kitchen first fix
New outside tap
New gas run for the boiler and cooker in the kitchen
Vertical flue
Scale reducer and shock arrestor for longevity of the boiler and as per manufacturer instructions
New magnetic filter
System flushed
And all pipework in the loft lagged as per part L requirements

The loft space wasn’t the best but we got it done,

2x radiators removed ready for the extension to start,
1x rad relocation
New shower first fix
Customer is doing his own bathroom and wanted the shower first fixed and hot and colds brought from the other side of the bungalow the area where the new bathroom will be located

As on all of our installs proper in copper none of that plastic stuff

This will become the make shift kitchen once the extension is in full swing so only right we made some custom taps out of copper 👌

Metabo wall chaser and vaccum coming in clutch and saved hours of tidying up fantastic bit of kit 🫡
