Full Re-Roof & Weatherproofing Upgrade
Project Overview:
This property was in need of a complete re-roofing overhaul. The original roof consisted of aging Rosemary tiles laid without any underlayment (felt), leaving the structure susceptible to moisture,drafts, and heat loss.

Scope of Work:
Strip Down & Clearance: Full removal and safe disposal of old Rosemary tiles and deteriorated timber battens down to the structural rafters.
Membrane & Battening: Installed a premium breathable undertile membrane to ensure internal condensation control and modern weather-tightness, followed by new, pressure-treated timber battens.

Tile Installation:
Fixed new Ashmore tiles, giving the home a clean, contemporary aesthetic while maintaining high storm resistance.

Leadwork & Dry Systems:
Fabricated and fitted bespoke lead flashings around critical junctions and installed maintenance-free dry ridge and dry verge systems to eliminate future mortar repairs and prevent wind uplift.
