We recently completed this Wickes kitchen installation in Barwell on behalf of Wickes. It consists of a beautiful light green shaker style door and fascias with a hard-wearing quartz worktops and Belfast sink. (Quartz worktop still to be fitted when pictures were taken - worktops provided by client and were severely delayed)

FLAT REFURBISHMENT, HINCKLEY.

This week we've completed this full flat refurbishment in Hinckley on behalf of our client. The flat had been purchased in a poor condition and has been extensively renovated ready for new tenants. Works included electrical, plumbing, plastering, flooring, decorating and new kitchen and bathroom.

Works included;

- Completed strip out of all existing fixtures and fittings
- Doorways with glass above removed and replaced with standard door linings and new 6-panel doors (including opposite hanging of some doors)
- Floor self-levelled and plank style LVT floor laid throughout
- Additional sockets added, light switches moved and mains powered, interlinked smoke detection system fitted
- Walls stripped of paper, patched and skimmed as required to obtain flat, paintable finish
- New skirting and architraves fitted throughout
- New kitchen supplied and installed along with integrated appliances including dishwasher
- New bathroom supplied and installed with wet room panelling
- New combination gas boiler supplied and installed, alterations to system and relocation of boiler to kitchen from the bedroom
- Full electrical test and landlord safety certificates ready for renting to tenants.

We designed, manufactured and installed this amazing home office in one week, including mounting the TV and supply & installation of a matching herringbone effect LVT floor.
