This week, the team investigated a leak within the garages and office area. Upon inspection, it became evident that the old felt had deteriorated. As a result, we initiated the removal process, which uncovered significant water damage and extensive rot in the roof structure. We proceeded by removing all the compromised timber and reboarding the entire roof with OSB. The following day, we applied a torch-on felt membrane, providing a durable, double-layered protection that is designed to withstand the test of time.
