Little house of horrors. A 3 day job turned into an 8 day job, after many electrical horrors reared their ugly heads! Here is a burnt out cable where a nail was banged into it in the wall (😱) and wet, burnt out junction box under a sink (😱😱). Unfortunately there was no modern consumer unit so nothing tripped. Yikes!

Eek! This old style isolator (1930’s?) was recently brought up to date to modern, electrical safety standards.
