🚨Following tendering for this development, we’re excited to announce we’ve been awarded the contract for the regular grounds maintenance on this block of 96 flats in Hitchin.🏅

☔️🌧️ We battled the weather yesterday to get this one over the line in a day!

🌳 Trees and hedges removed. ✅
🪵 Tree stumps removed using a stump grinder.✅
🛠️ 6 Bays of omega fencing and all concrete products supplied and installed by us.✅
🌱All green waste removed on completion of works.✅
⭐️Another happy customer. ✅

🗣️ Recently we were asked to tender for the regular grounds maintenance on another development in Hitchin.

🚨Following an additional site meeting to discuss the scope of works, I’m proud to announce that today we were awarded the contract for these works! 🏆

📑Another development to add to our portfolio and we’re looking forward to working alongside another property management agent.

🖌️Here’s another one we completed this week!

👮‍♀️After a spate of anti social behaviour and criminal damage on a development, we were called to remove this vile graffiti and repaint these bin stores.

🚑 Doctor of fencing!😃
👮‍♀️A patient at the surgery had driven into the neighbouring property…😱👓
🛠️ We were on hand to make the necessary remedial works to ensure the property, tenants and boundaries were made safe and secure..!

🔨All gate furnishings supplied and fitted. ✅
🪚Additional 2 way keyed throw lock fitted for additional security at the customers request. ✅

We’ve not posted anything in a while as we’ve been so busy!😅

💥We’ve recently completed this garden boundary extension project for a another happy customer! 🥵

💥We extended their boundary giving them an extra 21sqm of usable space.🙌🏻

‼️⚠️⛔️ We added demolition to our long list of property services last week.

⚠️ After carrying out a site survey we deemed this bin store unsafe!

⛔️ We were then instructed by the property management company to demolish this unsafe building.

♻️ 10 tons of waste removed and responsibly disposed.

💥 2 Hayter Harrier 56’s the widest pedestrian mower Hayter produce.
