With the support of Waitrose & Partners we are looking to launch a new service to help families of children who have restricted eating or ARFID in Hitchin, Letchworth and Stevenage.

We support families of autistic children and children with ADHD—including those awaiting diagnosis—from birth to age 25.

Many of these children struggle with restricted diets or ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder). Often children need very specific foods, without these they simply cannot eat. This often means families face higher food bills due to having to constantly provide specific items that we refer to as safe foods. For these children, safe foods aren't a preference; they are a lifeline..

• Expert-led educational events for parents.
• Practical support for families in Hitchin, Letchworth, and Stevenage.
