Vacancy: Lead Climber – Hitchin, Hertfordshire

We’re after a dependable climber with 2+ years' experience and CS30/31/38/39 (CS40/41 desirable but not essential). Full driving licence.

We're ARB Approved and ISO-accredited, doing everything from regular tree care to more involved jobs for councils and commercial clients.

You'll need to be good with online paperwork – risk assessments and H&S matter to us.

Salary based on experience + company wide profit-share scheme.

Huge congratulations to our Tony, who has successfully passed his City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate of Competence in Thorough Examination of Arboricultural Equipment (LOLER).

For those outside the industry, this qualification means Tony is now certified to carry out the thorough examination of the climbing and lifting equipment our team relies on every single day.

In arboriculture, safety isn’t optional — it’s essential. Our climbers quite literally trust their equipment with their lives, so ensuring it is inspected properly and competently is critical.

We’re incredibly proud of Tony for putting in the work to achieve this. It takes dedication, attention to detail, and a real commitment to high standards.

Mission Complete ✅🌳

We’ve successfully completed the final street in one of our Ringway contracts, carrying out safe roadside tree reduction works on a busy High Street.

With full traffic and pedestrian management in place, and using our MEWP for safe access, our team delivered the project efficiently while keeping safety at the centre of everything we do.

Proud of the teamwork, planning, and professionalism that made this possible.

Planting More Than Trees at Kingshott School 🌳

We were delighted to donate and plant two beautiful cherry trees at Kingshott School, Hitchin, as part of our Growing Greener Communities initiative.

The Senior Eco Committee and students were hands-on in helping us, learning about trees, biodiversity and how to care for young saplings.

We can’t wait to see these trees bloom and grow with the school!

Proud of the team working on this hazardous cypress fell for a parish council. With traffic management in place, full PPE, and sectional dismantling techniques, the tree was removed safely and efficiently.
