We are looking to recruit an Architect / Architectural Technician, into our Innovative Design Practice.
With a wide client base encompassing residential, hospitality and industrial projects.

Duties:
[ ] Measured surveys,
[ ] Feasibility, planning and construction drawings,
[ ] Tender package,
[ ] Site plans, street scenes, and 3D CGI's,
[ ] Site visits,
[ ] Liase between client, contractor and specialist consultants.

Experience:
[ ] Level 4 or higher in Architecture or Construction Studies.
[ ] 1 year minimum experience.
[ ] Good technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations.
[ ] Proficient with AutoCAD.
[ ] Experience with Sketch-Up and/or Photoshop is advantageous. Interior design knowledge would also be beneficial.

Location: Hockley, Essex.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 37.5 hours.
Salary: Competitive based on experience.

Stone Me Design were very pleased to be commissioned to extend and restore this fine Victorian property utilising quality and respectful materials.

A contemporary twist was added to the rear of the property along with large expanses of glazing to create unobstructed views of the gardens and to bring plenty of light into the house, whilst enhancing its very significant architectural detailing to the street scene.

Up next for Transformation Thursday we share with you this home who required more space and a classic uplift to bring it into the 21st century.

The property now boasts open-plan living and traditional casement windows. All finished off with soft white render, and muted heritage paint colours to bring together this family home.

To kick off Transformation Thursday, we are starting with a contemporary renovation of a 1960's built dwelling with the addition of front, rear, and side extensions.

The home is now finished with white silicon render and dark grey aluminium windows to give it a striking and fresh appearance.

We were instructed to fully design a new office and industrial unit within a newly constructed shell. The clients brief was to think outside the box and create a great environment for their staff to work.

Occasionally we are instructed to work on something special Stone Me! were pleased to see the completion of a new extension to this already amazing home, to now contain a swimming pool and gym complex that is second to none.

First up, we start with the Mariners Court. A bar in Leigh-on-Sea that we have been involved with since 2003!

20 years later, Stone Me! are pleased to see the opening after a full refurbishment of this traditional bar, after having a warm and contemporary makeover, which was relaunched in Spring 2023.
