One day we will actually get a photo of everyone and the office team, but for now, this will do! Friendly faces, customer care and attention to detail has allowed us to grow as a company in all 5 of our primary sectors; Insurance, Commercial, Local Authority, Schools and Domestics.

None of which would be possible without the foundation of an amazing team!

🌿 Voluntary Work That Makes a Difference 🌿
We recently spent a couple of days at Sumners Farm Close, an independent living scheme, carrying out voluntary garden clearance for the residents.

The garden had become overrun with weeds and moss, making it difficult to enjoy — so we gave it a full tidy-up and made it usable again 🌱

We’ll be returning soon to plant out one of the cleared areas and bring some colour back into the space 🌸

Pretty big day today twin gunning this London Plane re-pollard for Tesco, using both climbing and techniques.

Great effort from everyone involved, apart from the car owner who decided to move their car from under the tree, right as we finished 😡

Another finished today. Excellent fun completing the on site induction, for works that are outside the site... but we move 🤟

As this was just into the nesting season, we had an and survey commissioned before works started to ensure there were no active nests.

Fell - Grind - Replant

Unfortunately this Oak was removed due to substantial decay within the stem 4 meters up. Clients wanted removal rather than a reduction due to the associated ongoing costs and risk to public/car park.

Replanted with a 5.5 meter tall Silver Birch, 16cm DBH in standard form. This will provide an immediate replacement which will soon fill its space in a matter of years.

Much debate was had over the species to be replanted. After balancing costs, winter colours, speed of growth and trunk colour, the mightly was decided for

The HSE highly recommends the use of MEWPS for tree work in urban areas and when working on diseased or dying trees where tree climbing is difficult or arduous because of tree species or tree form.

It makes the lives of our climbing arborists safer, easier and can often allow smaller cuts to be made enabling more delicate reductions or more gentle dismantling of unstable trees.

Grinding out a large stump on a grade II listed wall in Cambridge city centre. Very limited 26-inch width access with the stump growing right on the wall.

Client happy, and 450kg of grindings removed!
