We are basically domestic/light commercial contractors but we have the ability to install TV and Intruder Alarm systems.

For our customers with Risco security alarms who use 'Risco Cloud'

RISCO Group, the manufacturer of your security system, is pleased to announce the upcoming upgrade of RISCO Cloud interface to version 5.6, planned for Tuesday, 13th July 2021.

What is the purpose of this upgrade?
1) Introducing – ‘Critical Alerts’!
This new important feature allows you to choose whether you want to receive loud alarm notifications on the mobile app even when the mobile phone is set to ‘Silent Mode’. This feature will be fully available on the next version release of the mobile app.
2) Performance improvements and bug fixes.

What do I need to do?
During the upgrade you may experience service disruption for up to two hours, in which access to your app might not be available for up to 30 minutes.
