🏆 GENCO Charity Football Tournament 2026 – Another Fantastic Day! 🏆

On Sunday 5th July, we hosted our annual Genco Charity Football Tournament, bringing together 19 teams for a brilliant day of football, fundraising, and friendly competition in support of the Heart of Kent Hospice.

We're proud to have raised an incredible £3,337 (including Gift Aid) for the Heart of Kent Hospice, and were delighted to celebrate the donation with David from the charity alongside Genco Director John Roberts and event organisers Lucy Spencer and Karen Martin.

The weather was kind to us once again, the atmosphere was fantastic, and it was great to see so many teams, supporters, and spectators getting involved throughout the day.

A special congratulations goes to CJS Recruitment, who lifted the trophy this year! After finishing as runners-up in our 2025 tournament, they promised they'd be back to claim first place, and they certainly delivered. 🏆👏

A huge well done also to our runners-up, Barnehurst FC, who put in a fantastic performance throughout the day and made for an excellent final.

Our Genco team gave it their all but unfortunately couldn't make it out of the group stage this year. It seems we're still waiting for that famous home victory! ⚽😂

A massive thank you to all 19 teams who took part, everyone who came along to support the event, and all those who donated to help raise money for such an important cause.

We're incredibly proud to continue supporting the Heart of Kent Hospice, whose outstanding care and compassion make a real difference to so many local families.

Celebrating 20 Years of Genco | 2006–2026 ✨

On 6th May 2026, Genco proudly celebrated a significant milestone – 20 years in business.

Established in 2006, Genco has grown into a trusted multi-disciplinary group delivering Construction, Refurbishment, M&E and Fire Safety services nationwide. We’re proud to be working with some of the UK’s best-known brands such as Tesco, Co-op, Costa Coffee, Nando’s, John Lewis and CBRE, but at the heart of our success has always been the people behind the business.

Whilst a lot has changed over the last 20 years, one thing hasn’t – our unwavering commitment to our clients and dedication to exceptional service The faces may have changed, but the values that define Genco have not. We’ve seen colleagues come and go, welcomed new generations of families into the business, and celebrated countless milestones along the way. Some team members have been with us for many years, while others are just beginning their journey with us. It is the commitment, passion, and professionalism of our team that has enabled us to build on the strong foundations established 20 years ago and drive us forward.

Genco remains a business built on relationships, trust, hard work and teamwork. Reaching 20 years is something we’re incredibly proud of, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication of our staff, the loyalty of our clients, and the support of everyone who has been part of the Genco story over the past two decades.

To mark the occasion, we brought our team together at Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve to celebrate this milestone, reflect on everything we’ve achieved, and look ahead to the future. It was a fantastic day spent with the people who have helped shape the business into what it is today.

We're proud to share that we've extended our partnership with Maidstone United Football Club for another five years. ⚽💙

As a Maidstone business, supporting organisations that bring our community together means a great deal to us, and we're delighted that the famous Genco Stand will continue to be part of the Gallagher Stadium for years to come. The new signage is now in place and looking fantastic with our refreshed Genco UK Group branding.

A huge thank you to Darren at Dazfab for the installation of the Genco Stand, and to Imageink for producing the new signage.

We're excited to see the new branding on display and to continue supporting the club and the local community. We're looking forward to another exciting season and wish everyone at Maidstone United every success for the season ahead.

We’re pleased to share the completion of our most recent car park refurbishment - Tesco Gatwick Extra, delivered by Genco Construction as Principal Contractor.

Completed over a six-week programme, the project involved the resurfacing of more than 23,000m² of car park, alongside extensive civils including drainage clearance, pedestrian safety improvements, paving repairs, and a full refresh of the site's road markings.

Delivered within a live retail environment, the works were carefully phased to ensure the store remained fully operational throughout, with minimal disruption to customers.

A great result, delivering a safer, more durable and visually enhanced car park for customers and colleagues alike. The redesigned layout incorporates larger parking bays, improving accessibility, convenience and the overall customer experience. A big thank you to everyone involved in making the project a success through their professionalism, dedication and hard work. 🛠️ Project Showcase | Genco Construction 🛠️

We’re pleased to highlight a Genco Construction project at Tesco Temple Belle, Dartford, where we delivered a full store refit as Principal Contractor, transforming the space into a modern and fully operational store.

The £480,000 project included structural repairs, service upgrades, and a complete refurbishment, helping bring the store back in line with Tesco’s latest standards and ready to serve the local community.

A great result delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard by the Genco Construction team – well done to everyone involved 👏

🛠️ Case Study Spotlight | Genco Construction 🛠️

We’re pleased to share a Genco Construction project, under the new Genco UK Group structure, involving essential structural repairs to the access bridge at Tesco Extra Sunbury.

With a project value of £119,000, the works were delivered over a three‑week programme and included replacing defective steel deck plates and upgrading the road surface with a high‑friction resin finish, helping restore safety and long‑term durability.

A great result delivered safely and on time by the Genco Construction team 👏

Our vans have officially been sign‑written with our new Genco UK Group branding and graphics, marking another visible step as we move forward under our new structure.

You’ll start to see the updated Genco UK Group look making its way to sites across the region, reflecting our new structure while continuing to represent the same team, values and trusted service - so keep an eye out for us!

Today marks an exciting milestone for us.

You may have spotted Genco UK Group taking shape over the past few months — and as of today, 1st April 2026, it’s official as we begin trading under our new Group structure.

From today, our specialist divisions will operate as separate legal entities under Genco UK Group:

Genco Construction Services Ltd
Genco Mechanical & Electrical Services Ltd
Genco Fire Safety Ltd

While our structure has evolved, what hasn’t changed is our team, our values, and our commitment to delivering quality, clarity, and trusted service across every project.

Here’s a little behind‑the‑scenes look at the office and some of our new branding as we officially launch Genco UK Group.
