Complete restructure of timber under roof due to  incorrect pitch angle for tiles!! 10degs on a flat tile!! 🤦‍♂️
Removal of roof… pitched changed with new 8x2 timber spars!!
new roof shield felt & 2x1 graded laths
Renewal of velux windows with new flashing kits
New low profile Marley tiles
Kober dry verge units
New 15” lead flashing into house wall
* plastering to be done nxt wk!!

Recent fascia, soffit & gutters at broad oak
Removal of old timber fascia soffit & gutters…
New upvc anthracite grey,  fascia soffit & gutters!!
New klobe dry verge units installed correctly too!!

Finally after such a good summer… but wet September…. Finally completed the a blue slate re-roof in holmfirth… with installation of 2 velux windows… roofshield felt & 2x1 graded laths
Cast iron gutters re-bolted with paint and putty!!
Ridges & water tables re-bedded on new sand & cement mix and pointed!!
