Garage conversion we did last year in holt.
Converted it into two separate rooms, first being a new on-suite and second converted into a utility room given the customer the extra room they needed after recently moving it to the property.
Did everything from installing new drainage, Electrics, Plumbing, Dividing walls, Insulating the walls, floor and ceilings, Sand & cement Screed floor, Removed the wobbly wall at the back of garage and installed new brick/block wall, Installed new foundations, Blocked up garage door opening, Supplied and Installed new upvc Windows & Cladding, plus two new door opening we knocked though from the main house into the utility room and on-suite, Supplied and Installed two new fire doors, All plaster boarding before Plastering throughout.
Customer finshed off doing all decorating.

Recent job in Norwich we had the pleasure of installing these porcelain tiles flooring to the whole ground floor of the apartment.
Alaplana, Wood effect porcelain floor tiles.
190mm x 900mm, using rapid flex one adhesive and Taupe grey grout
Materials were purchased from Tile & Stone gallery in Norwich which the Customers supplied.
Will post few more pictures once the build is complete and floors are steamed cleaned and then sealed.

We recently got a call from Pam and David in high kelling, as they wanted their front turf removing and replacing with new shingle for less maintenance in future.
So begin by removing all the turf, then adding a heavy duty Membrane before adding five tonnes of new 20mm natural shingle.
Also digging out first metre of both driveway entrances before added a heavy duty membrane and new shingle and installed new concrete edgings along the front of garden.

Recently we installed this wardrobe for new customers who had just recently moved to high kelling.
Installed new stud wall, plasterboard inside and out and skimmed before hanging new doors though out the property.
Will post more pictures as we’ll be back to replaster though out plus driveway and front wall to sort out..

Roofing Job in cley.
After we removed all the roof tiles and stripped all the old wooden battens, felt and all the old installation.
We Supplied and installed new loft insulation then adding new Breathable felt, wooden battens before reinstalling the original roof tiles.
