A small bathroom we completed recently in sunny Cromer..

Stripped out, waste disposed of, plaster boarded a wall with hiding pipes/electrics, reskimmed, and suite fitted which was supplied by the customer.

Decorating to be completed by the customer and flooring to be put down by Cromer carpets.

Morning ladies and gentlemen,
Here's some before and after pictures of an old 1800s Fishermans out building that was used for making nets that we've converted and extended into a lovely 1 bedroom property.

Full refurbishment including;
New hand cut insulated roof with velux.
New floors with insulation.
Insulated and rendered walls.
New water supply, heating system and waste water supply.

The extension was under planning and building regulations.

Turned out well 👌 and even left a little bit of character in the property with the odd exposed flint/brick wall. I also made sure we had some nice beams in the property for a bit of rustic charm 👍

We offer a full service from start to finish and work alongside very competent tradesmen that actually take price in their work whilst being very reasonably priced to ensure happy customers.

Another kitchen..

Here We removed the existing, blocked up a door way, knocked down a cupboard and had the walls plastered.
We installed the kitchen, had the electrics and gas altered and decorated.

We also installed LVT click flooring in the kitchen and utility room.

Kitchen completed late last year with A J Heating and plumbing. I was asked in to give a hand with this project and it turned out lovely.
The customers were wonderful and kept us in flow with coffee and biscuits 😃
There's a few during pictures but mostly the most important end results.

Strip out all old cladding, fit new battens and insulation. Fit new cladding and kitchen area.
